ORDER
A joint endorsement has been made by both the counsels on instructions that these applications may also be treated as an applications filed under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and can be heard by Mr.N.L.Raja, Senior Advocate, who has already been appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties arising out of the subject lease deeds.
2. In view of the joint endorsement made, these applications are also treated as an applications under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation
Act, 1996 and relegated to the Arbitrator who shall adjudicate the same on merits and in accordance with law.
3. In view of the earlier order passed by this Court on 31.07.2025 as well the order passed today, all the applications listed today are treated as applications filed under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the same shall be decided by the Arbitrator.
4. Accordingly, these applications are closed, by granting liberty to the respective parties to re-file the pleadings in these applications before the arbitrator.
