ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondents for disobeying the order of this Court dated 01.09.2022 made in W.P.No.22716 of 2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that, the petitioner has obtained the above said order dated 01.09.2022 by suppressing several facts.

In view of the above, this Court is of the view that, there is no merits in the present Contempt petition and accordingly, this Contempt petition stands closed, with a liberty to the respondents to file appropriate application to recall the order of this Court dated 01.09.2022 made in W.P.No.22716 of 2022.
