Crl.O.P.No.23904 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.23904 of 2023 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J, When the case came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the Petitioner herein had been detained under the Goondas Act.

2. To the query of this Court, whether the investigation had been completed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the investigation is completed and they are likely to file a report in a day or two days.

4. The Investigation Officer is directed to file investigation report at the earliest so that the case itself can be disposed during the period of detention. Since the Accused, the Petitioner in this case had been detained under the Goondas Act.
