This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not involve into the land dispute/civil dispute existing between the petitioner and the 4th respondent under the guise of enquiry under SC/ST Act on the strength of false complaint given by the 4th respondent. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed in Spl.S.C.No.15 of 2024. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
