C.M.P.No.29883 of 2024 and C.M.P.No.1307 of 2025 in S.A.No.SR.68861 of 2023 T.V.THAMILSELVI , J, This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 471 days in representing the appeal and to condone the delay of 543 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.516/- in the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.On being satisfied with the averments assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Hence, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
