This petition is filed to condone the delay of 114 days in representing the appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.69345 of 2023 against the M.C.O.P.No.7214 of 2015 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, III Court of Small Causes, Chennai.

2.Since the first respondent remained ex parte before the Tribunal, notice to the first respondent is dispensed with.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition stands allowed. 4.It is underscored that in the eventuality of the appellant succeeding in the appeal to be taken on record, he would not be entitled to any interest for 114 days.
