This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection at the hands of the 2nd respondent in respect of the petitioner's representation dated 11.10.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on receipt of the complaint, the petitioner was issued CSR.No.615 of 2019 and the same was enquired and closed on 01.12.2019.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the view that at this stage, police protection cannot be granted to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the concerned Court, if so advised. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS III) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar kmi To 1.
