PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records connected with the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1948/Aa4/2024, (file number over-written in blue

ink) dated Nil.09.2024, signed on 23.09.2024 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the period of suspension of the petitioner from 14.10.2019 to 02.01.2022 and disburse the arrears of salary and other consequential monetary and attendant benefits, for the said period.

O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to workout his remedy before the Department. He has also made the following endorsement to that effect in the case bundle:- "The petitioner / litigant has instructed and given a letter seeking to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty, so as to pursue his remedy with the Department. Hence, I hereby may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty."

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy with the Department. No costs.
