This petition is filed to condone the delay of 549 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.A.Sundara Vadhanan, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement in the Court bundle stating that the second respondent is not a necessary party.

Therefore, recording the same, the second respondent is deleted from the array of parties.

The first respondent has been served, but, there is no representation.

The delay is only 549 days. As there is no representation for the first respondent and the second respondent has also been given up, who has been set ex parte by the Tribunal, we are inclined to accept this petition and the delay of 549 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
