O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to survey his property situated in S.No.1056/5, Mallankuzhi Village, Thalavadi Taluk , Erode District, by considering his online application dated 08.07.2024 in Application No.2024/0123/10/001247.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he acquired right over the said property under a registered a sale deed dated 03.08.2023. Thereafter, he submitted online application seeking survey of the land and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 2/5

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the online application of the petitioner will be considered, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 08.07.2024 and pass final order, on its own merits, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
