Nagar, Hosur, Krishnagiri District and comprised in Old S.No.181/3 part, T.S.No.98, Hosur, Krishnagiri District, till the title over the land is finally decided in the suit in O.S.No.325 of 2025.

ORDER

(made by M. SUNDAR, J.) After some arguments, Mr. P. Mani, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned main 'writ petition' [hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity] and captioned 'writ miscellaneous petitions' [hereinafter 'WMPs' for the sake of brevity] thereat but made a plea to preserve all the rights of the writ petitioner to pursue the suit being O.S.No.325 of 2025 on the file of the Principal District Court, Krishnagiri. Saying so, learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: 2.

As regards the aforereferred suit, we preserve all the rights and contentions of writ petitioner who is plaintiff in the suit as well as sole respondent who is sole defendant in the suit. 2/4

In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned main WP and captioned WMPs thereat are disposed of as withdrawn/closed, albeit with preservation of rights in the aforesaid manner. We restrain ourselves from imposing costs.
