ORDER
( made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) After hearing at length, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition and file a better writ petition, keeping in view the issues involved relating to the functioning of the Registrar of the State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission. 2. In view of the endorsement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
