(Order of the Court was made by D.Krishnakumar, J.) This petition is filed to condone the delay of 7 days in filing the appeal against A.No.1713 of 2022 in CS No.24 of 2021.

Considering the number of days of delay in filing the appeal and in the interests of justice, the petition is allowed.

Mr. Rajendran Ragavan, learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant submits that the petitioner/appellant has given up second respondent. Learned counsel has made an endorsement to that effect in the appeal papers and the same is placed on record.
