C.M.P.Nos.12474 to 12476 of 2017 have been filed to condone the delay of 447 days in filing the set aside the abatement petition, to set aside the abatement against the deceased Mythili, and to implead the legal heirs of late L.Mythili, namely Geetha, Radha & Prabha as proposed respondents 2 to 4 in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.Though notice has been served on the respondents and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them, either in person or through counsel.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, C.M.P.No.12474 of 2017 is ordered.
