PRAYER:-Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for an issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Respondent No.3 herein to issue free house site Patta in View of the Order made in Na.Ka.No.521/2024/A4 dated 20.05.2025 by the Respondent No.3 herein. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 3 rd respondent to issue free house site Patta in View of the Order made in Na.Ka.No.521/2024/A4 dated 20.05.2025 by the 3 rd respondent.

2.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents after taking instructions would submit that the Officials of the 3 rd respondent are in

the process of finding out the land and hence, he seeks eight weeks time to find out suitable land and allot the same to the petitioner. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 5.The submission of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents is recorded. Taking note of the submissions made by either parties, the 3 rd respondent is directed to complete the process and allot the free house site patta to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
