This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report, in Crime No.246/2022, on the file of the respondent and quash the same.

2.When this matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that in this case investigation is over and final report was filed for the offences under Sections 294 (b) & 506 (1) I.P.C. before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kothagiri on 22.10.2022. 3.In view of the completion of investigation and filing of the final report, this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
