Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to proceeding bearing "NHAI/11040/20/2021/PIU Kanchee/087", dated 07.01.2022 issued by the respondent refusing to grant permission to the petitioner to lay 200mm steel and 125mm MDPE pipelines along the Maduravoyal - Sriperumbudur section & Sriperumbudur - Karaipettai Section on NH Road and quash the same, consequently, directing the respondent to grant the Right of Way (ROW) to the petitioner who has exclusive authorisation to lay gas pipelines for City gas Distribution (CGD) in Kanchipuram District Geographical Area.
