Acceptance of cause title is sought for on the ground that the appellant is mentally ill.

2.The procedure permitted under the Mental Health Act, 1987 has to be necessarily followed.

Hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps under the said enactment for appointing a guardian for the mentally ill person.
