2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not raised any objection to implead the petitioner herein as respondent in the writ petition.

3. Impleading the petitioner herein in the writ petition will not create any right to him. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main writ petition within a period of ten days.

5. The petitioner in Writ Miscellaneous Petition/proposed respondent is directed to file counter in the main writ petition within a period of two weeks.
