The present petition is filed seeking to set aside the order passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri District in Crl.M.P.No.2098 of 2019 and to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.2026 of 2019 dated 04.10.2019.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. Since the investigation is pending before the respondent police and that the condition is only to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
10 AM, it would not be appropriate to modify the condition for the present, since the petitioners' presence may be required for the purpose of continuing the investigation.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
