ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petition is as misconceived as it could be. The notice under challenge in this petition was earlier challenged before the revisional
authority under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971. The revision was dismissed on 03.07.2025.
2. Now, petitioners have approached writ Court seeking to challenge that very notice, against which, revision was preferred and dismissed. In this petition, even the order of the revisional authority is not under challenge.
3. In the absence of there being any challenge to the order of the revisional authority, this petition is not maintainable.
4. Petition is dismissed. However, this order shall not come in the way of petitioners in laying any challenge to the order passed by the revisional authority on such grounds as may be available to him under law. There shall be no order as to costs. W.M.P.No.39687 of 2025 filed to permit petitioners to file single writ
