ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the VII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai in mere memo as Memo.Sr.No.10185 of 2017 in S.C.No.348 of 2015 dated 08.08.2017 to allow new additional documents after filed charge sheet and after around two years for fair trial.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the case in S.C.No.348 of 2015 on the file of the VII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai has ended in conviction on 04.08.2021 and hence, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
