Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue writ or order or direction more particularly in nature of Mandamus direct the respondent Board to provide job assistance to the petitioner herein on compassionate ground.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. The petitioners filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to direct the respondent Board to provide job assistance to the petitioner herein on compassionate ground.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's mother one D.Nagammal died due to illness on 09.02.2019. She https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
was working as sweeper in the respondent Board. After the death of the petitioner's mother, petitioner made a representation for compassionate appointment to the respondents 2 and 3 on 22.06.2019 but till date not considered. Hence the present Writ Petition.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice to issue direction to the respondent 2 and 3 to dispose of the representation dated 22.06.2019 on merits and in accordance with law.
5. Mr. P.R. Dilip Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents agreed to dispose of the representation dated 22.06.2019 within a reasonable time.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of the representation dated 22.06.2019 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
