ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to take necessary legal action based on the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2025 against the removal of survey stones by the respondents 4 & 5 in petitioner's property and once again measure and lay down the survey stones by receiving necessary charges from the petitioner, for the property in Survey No. 120/3 measuring an extent of 0.07.60 Ares (0.19 cents) out of 14 Ares (0.35 cents) Koovathur Village, Aandimadam Taluk, Ariyalur District on considering the petition deed dated 29.09.2000 and settlement deed dated 8.02.2024.

By consent of the parties, Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the 3 the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the rd respondent, to petitioner made a representation dated 20.06.2025 before the 3 survey the petitioner's property and fix boundary stones, the same has not been rd respondent so far. Hence, he prayed to direct the 3 rd considered by the 3 respondents to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2025.

4.Learned Government Advocate appearing for the 3 rd respondent would submit that the 3 rd respondent has scheduled to survey the petitioner's property on 16.09.2025 and therefore, within a period of two weeks the entire process will be completed.

5.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 and the learned

Government Advocate appearing for the 3 rd respondent.

6.The submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the 3 rd respondent is recorded. The 3 rd respondent is directed to conduct survey; demarcate the property and lay boundary stones within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if necessary, the 3 rd respondent shall get the aid of the 2 nd respondent/Police. The 2 nd respondent shall provide necessary protection to the Officials of the 3 rd respondent upon the request made by the 3 rd respondent in this regard.

7.With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
