C.M.P.Nos.12477, 12478 of 2017 & 14632 of 2021 have been filed to condone the delay of 447 days in filing the set aside the abatement petition, to set aside the abatement against the Mythili, died on 03.08.2015 and to bring on record the legal heirs of late Mythili, namely Geetha, Radha & Prabha as proposed respondents 2 to 4 in the above Civil Revision Petition. 2.Though notice has been served on the respondents and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them, either in person or through counsel.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, C.M.P.No.12477 of 2017 is ordered. In view of the order passed in C.M.P.No.12477 of 2017, C.M.P.Nos.12478 of 2017 & 14632 of 2021 are also ordered.
