ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent herein to consider the representation dated 26.03.2025 made by the petitioner herein to conduct afresh hearing of Surcharge Case No.6/2007/Sa.Pa.1., dated 24.07.2008 on the file of 2nd Respondent initiated against the Petitioner's deceased father N.P. Jayathilagam.

2. By an order dated 01.09.2025, this Court has recorded the statement of Mr.K.Thamilvendhan, learned Government Advocate that the surcharge proceedings would be completed within a period of 12 weeks from 01.09.2025. When the matter was taken up today, Mr.K.Thamilvendhan reported that the proceedings have been completed and he has also produced the instructions given by the respondents to him and the same was scanned and extracted hereunder:

3. As the order has been complied, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition.
