ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction directing the respondents 1&2 herein to dispose of her representation dated 06.11.2017 seeking the respondents 1&2 herein to launch prosecution in view of Sections 82 and 83 of the Registration Act, 1908 for creating a forgery document by impersonation in Doc.No.2636/2007, SRO, Achirapakkam in favour of third respondent herein with respect to the petitioner's property situated at Village No.2, Melmaruvathur Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Kancheepuram District bearing New S.No.141/6, Old S.No.107/2 admeasuring to an extent of 232 square meters and New S.No.141/7, Old S.No.107/1 admeasuring to an extent of 100 square meters, within time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Earlier, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.03.2019, there was no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 29.03.2019 under the caption for dismissal. Continuously, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is Dismissed for Non Prosecution. No costs.
