(Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR.J) After some arguments, Mr.S.Subramaniya learned counsel on record for the petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Criminal Miscellaneous Petition' ['Crl.MP' for the sake of brevity] but learned counsel made a plea to preserve the rights of the petitioner to come up with a similar / same prayer either if there is change in circumstances or if considerable length of time is consumed in the appeal being taken up. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows: 1/3

2.The aforementioned endorsement is reiterated in the hearing by the learned counsel.

3.In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned Crl.MP is disposed of as withdrawn/closed albeit preserving the rights of the petitioner to come up with a similar/same prayer, if there is change in circumstances or if there is considerable length of time is consumed in hearing the appeal.
