O R D E R

This Court is considering the challenge to the order passed in Crl.R.P.No.07 of 2025, which refused to relax the condition requiring the petitioner to execute solvent sureties for the purpose of release on bail.

2. I have perused the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Erode in Crl.R.P.No.07 of 2025, and propose to modify the first condition as under:-.

"1. The petitioners shall execute each a bond with two sureties, of which one must be a blood surety, including grand mother, without solvency, and the other must be a local surety for a sum of Rs.25,000/- along with solvency certificate duly certified."

3. I have heard the petitioner herein and am of the view that the condition mandating a blood surety and a local surety is unwarranted.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner shall execute the bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned.

5. With the above observations and directions, this Criminal Original petition is allowed to the extent indicated. All other conditions of the bail order shall remain unaltered.
