2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this matter. Learned counsel appearing for the Public Prosecutor for first respondent stated that, out of twenty five witnesses, twenty witnesses were examined.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
