ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.M.Anantharaj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the fourth respondent has encroached upon the pathway. The said fact was also observed by the Block Development Officer in his communication.
3. Learned State Government Pleader submits that survey would be conducted within a period of six weeks and depending upon the report of the survey, further action would be taken, in accordance with law, immediately.
