PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the second respondent to rescue the petitioner's minor daughter Mohanapriya, aged 17 years, from the respondents 3, 4 and 5 and produce her before this Court and hand over to the petitioner.
