Gan Law Firm For Respondent : Mrs.Narmadha Sampath in both the Writs Special Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the respondent dated 12.03.2003 by which the petitioner was directed to file bank guarantee or security for Rs.6039/- and Rs.1259/- respectively for the assessment years 1986-1987 and 1987-1988 as a precondition for entertaining the revision petitions.
2.At the time when the writ petitions were admitted, interim direction was granted on 30.04.2003 directing the respondent to entertain the revision petitions without insisting on bank guarantee or security. This direction was made absolute by order dated 07.10.2003.
3.Thus, as of now nothing requires to be adjudicated in the writ petitions and the interim direction issued in the miscellaneous petitions will be the order in the main writ petitions as well.

4.With the above observations, these Writ Petitions are stands disposed of. No costs.
