O R D E R

The writ petition is filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking direction of this Court to the 2nd respondents to dispose of the Appeal filed by the writ petitioner dated 06.06.2022 on merits.

2. Though the appeal was filed on 06.06.2022, the respondent has not disposed of the Appeal even after one year. Therefore, the petitioner is constrained to move the present writ petition. 2/5

3. Considering the above submissions, there are no adverse orders being passed against the private respondents in this petition. Therefore, notice to the private respondents are to be dispensed with.

4. The second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner by issuing notice to the petitioners, private respondents and other interested / rival parties, if any, and thereafter, hear the Appeal on merits and dispose of the Appeal by passing appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
