This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.14024 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16236 of 2022 on 08.09.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on first day of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further order.
