Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to clarify the order dated 28.06.2022 made in W.A.No.1468 of 2022 with the specific directions to the respondents 1 to 3 to lead evidence, at 1st instance, to prove the charges as alleged in the charge memo dated 06.08.2013.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This clarification petition is filed to clarify the order dated 28.06.2022, especially in paragraph 9.
2. We have gone through the order, especially paragraph 9 of the said order. After having gone through the same, we are of the considered view that there is no error or ambiguity found in paragraph 9 of the said order, hence, the order itself is clear and unambiguous, therefore, it speaks for itself, which does not warrant any clarification as sought in this petition.
3. Resultantly, this clarification petition is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
