This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court daily Morning at 10.30 a.m., and Evening at 05.00 p.m., until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.19917 of 2022 on 20.09.2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Trial Court everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one week and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
