This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.25418 of 2022 dated 19.10.2022, that they shall stay at Krishnagiri and report before the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Krishnagiri, daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners shall appear before the committal Court every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., till the committal proceedings are completed.
