(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.K.S.Karthik Raja, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader assisted by Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that necessary action is taken upon the petitioner's representation by the Tahsildar, Namakkal and the eviction process would be undertaken, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks.

3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the matter. The writ petition, as such, stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
