rpl murder of his wife, based on the complaint given by the mother of the deceased. It is alleged that the incident arose due to the suspicion regarding the fertility, of his wife.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police, opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner and submitted that the investigation has been completed and the case is presently at the committal stage before the Magistrate Court.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to revive after examination of eyewitnesses. 04.09.2025 rpl To
