This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to grant leave to the petitioner to file Writ Appeal against the order dated 26.11.2021 made in W.P.No.26120 of 2017.

According to the petitioner/appellant/TNHB, the property in question belongs to TNHB and the Writ Petition, though a trespasser, got an order for EB connection in his name without arraying TNHB as a respondent.

3. It is seen that there is a dispute with regard to the survey number of the property. The matter requires a detailed adjudication. Hence, this petition to grant leave is ordered.
