Selvam v. Inspector Of Police

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall stay at Chidambaram and report before the Inspector of Police, Chidambaram Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 05.00 p.m., until further orders, by order dated 18.10.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.No.25271 of 2022.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thandarampet, everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one week from 09.12.2022 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate.
