It has been brought to notice that in furtherance to the order dated 18.10.2023 passed by this Court, the Third Respondent had conducted a public meeting at 11.00 a.m. on 09.11.2023 in the said village, after giving due notice to all concerned in which about 250 villagers including the Petitioner had participated and by proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A6/2521/2022 dated 01.12.2023, it was informed to the Petitioner that it would not be possible to grant any 'No Objection' certificate as sought by him and its copy has been produced and Learned Counsel for the Petitioner also acknowledges its receipt and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. 5.

In view of the subsequent events, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if the Petitioner still has any grievance to 3/6
