J., This application has been filed seeking to amend the petitioner and Order dated 10.08.2023, wherein some typographical error has crept in, instead of mentioning the name of Krishnammal in purchasing the property, her husband name Mr.R.Arumugam is reflected in the Order.

2. Considering the fact that it is only a typographical error, this application is ordered as prayed for.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out such amendments and issue afresh copies.

4. Time limit for execution of bond is extended for a period of one month.
