This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.22023 of 2022 on 13.09.2022 that the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter every Friday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders and the petitioners (2 &3 ) shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orers.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on first working day of every Month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
