ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur to dispose of the interlocutory application in I.A.No.2 of 2022 in O.S.No.197 of 2022 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court 1/4

is inclined to dispose the civil revision petition, even without notice to the respondents.

3. The petitioner herein filed a suit for permanent injunction. Along with the suit, he also filed interlocutory application seeking interim injunction in I.A.No.2 of 2022.

4. The perusal of the e-court entry furnished in the typed-set of papers would suggest that the injunction application filed by the revision petitioner in I.A.No.2 of 2022 has been adjourned from July 2022 onwards for filing counter by the respondents.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that taking advantage of absence of any interim order of this Court, the respondents are making serious attempt to take physical possession of the property and hence, prayed for fixation of time limit for early disposal of the interlocutory application seeking temporary injunction.

6. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the 2/4

learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur to dispose of the interlocutory application in I.A.No.2 of 2022 in O.S.No.197 of 2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed. 01.12.2022 Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No dm Note: Issue order copy on 06.12.2022.
