Crl. M.P. No.14150 of 2024 in Crl. O.P. No.21408 of 2024 P. DHANABAL ,J., This petition has been filed to amend the Bail to the satisfaction as Learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore instead of Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore Court No.1, Coimbatore in the order dated 05.09.2024 passed in Crl. O.P. No.21408 of 2024.

2. Considering the submissions putforth on either side the amendment petition is ordered.

3. Since the petition was pending for amendment, time for execution of sureties is extended for another 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
