The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No. 21886 of 2024 dated 06.09.2024 to report before the Special Court for exclusive Trail of cases under POCSO Act, Vellore on every Working day at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
