ORDER

The petitioners herein apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 191(2), 296(B), 115(2), 118(2), 351(3) of BNS Act in Crime No.178 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioners herein have indiscriminately attacked the defacto complainant with deadly weapon, causing multiple injuries.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would state that the defacto complainant is the aggressor.

4. On considering the multiple injuries caused to the defacto complainant and these petitioners are absconding, this Court is of the view that it would not be appropriate to entertain the anticipatory bail petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
