PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection fencing the land belongs to the petitioners situated at S.Nos.54/2, 267/1 and 267/2, Kallanthottam, Vadugapalayam, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District having an extent of 8.79 Acres based upon the petitioners representation dated 12.10.2019.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to give adequate police protection fencing the land belongs to the petitioners situated at S.Nos.54/2, 267/1 and 267/2, Kallanthottam, Vadugapalayam, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District having an extent of 8.79 Acres based upon the petitioners representation dated 12.10.2019.

Learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent submits that there is a dispute between the petitioners and the private respondents in respect of the property. In this regard, the fifth respondent also filed a suit in O.S.No.32 of 2019 and it is pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Tiruppur.

Therefore, the petitioner is directed to work out his remedy before concerned Civil Court.

With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
